自定义Header Editor规则，目前具备的功能有：
- 无障碍访问使用GoogleAPI/reCAPTCHA的网站 (headereditor.json)
- 强制一些网站使用HTTPS（列表暂时清空） (https.json)
- 消除Google搜索的异常流量页面 (misc.json)
