I have recently updated R and now when I run the code 'summarizeMolecularProfiles(ccle, mDataType="rna", fill.missing=F, verbose=FALSE)' I get the error: 'no slot of name "sample" for this object of class "PharmacoSet"'. Any idea for solving this issue? :)
