harmonization with other datasets

Hello,

Is there any documentation available describing the best practices for harmonizing external data to the Pharmacodb datasets? Is the solution simply to run all of our data through PharmacoGx, or are there other considerations?

In particular, we are interested in how best to normalize chemical identifiers (in lieu of any best practices, we'd probably map by chemical fingerprint), cell line identifiers, and dose-response metrics in our smaller datasets in order to easily integrate them with this much larger effort.
