'Download Data as CSV' button doesn't work on Cell-line page.

Hi @gangeshberi,

It was noted in #93 that users cannot download the .CSV files for AAC by drug from the cell line page.

For example, clicking the 'Download Data as CSV' button under the AAC plot from this page: https://pharmacodb.pmgenomics.ca/cell_lines/HPAC_564_2019

Returns: https://pharmacodb.pmgenomics.ca/cell_lines/564?download=waterfall

I have tested also tested this with BT12 an HeLa cell-lines and it appears to be an issue with the Cell-line page, not with any individual cell-line.

Thank you for your attention to this work. As for the data format of 2d lidar, I only found the relevant explanation on the official website of Oxford RobotCar Dataset and simply used the point cloud form to try to read (in fact, it is better to use Laserscan to display these data). The result is as your Rviz show. Maybe the file is read in an incorrect way or for other reasons. I have yet to solve this problem for the time being, but I will find time to solve it in the future.
