Play Order should default to Oldest First

When adding a subscription, the "Newest first" setting should default to unchecked as this is the natural order for most listeners for podcasts of radio programs, etc. I'm not sure when I would even want to play them in reverse order.

If there really are usage scenarios where it makes sense for this to be checked by default, we should have the default set in "Global Settings" so that a user can configure whether they want this check box to be initialized to On or Off.

I agree. Oldest first is the most common case for podcasts.
