How to launch i-doit?

Expected behavior

Using IDOIT_WEB_PORT=9000 in .env and running docker-compose -f docker-compose-apache.yml up, I can launch i-doit at http://localhost:9000/i-doit.

Actual behavior

Browser reports ERR_CONNECTION_RESET error.
