Bad behaviour in PBI Cloud Service

Advanced Card does not work (it is not displayed) in powerbi service, in powerbi desktop all is good. In PBI cloud service only a big "X" is shown. The only way to temporary fix the trouble is to edit the report online, touch the visual in any way, and then save the report again. But a standard user/viewer cannot do so.... Do you have some info or, hopefully, a solution?
