rotating fisheye center

How can I rotate fisheye through axes when do converting from fisheye to cubemaps? for example I need convert this fisheye image https://yadi.sk/i/x9WWZ478JU-dog to smth like this: https://yadi.sk/i/sQVES8zbiLClZA The problem is that the center of fisheye frame is not in the center of the frame. Thanks for your help in advance!
