Feature request: Save embeddings, multiple files

This is a feature request for saving the embeddings. Idea is to not to re-iterate the process of getting embeddings every time.

Also allow chats with multiple files... all of them kept saved.

yes I am planning to use multiple PDf file support as well as ad a vector DB
