New feature: Add "Standard Jiggle and Click" option

Add a new option which is a combination of Standard jiggle and Click jiggle. Currently they are separate options.

Since this would click in unpredictable places, it doesn't seem very safe. What's the motivation for this?

Perhaps the jiggler icon that shows on screen could follow the mouse and "receive" the click preventing anything underneath from being unintentionally interacted with. (Maybe they have a "yes I'm still here" button to click to stay awake?)
