Event history size is too small and text search for all columns is not available

Under Log Report, the maximum event history size is 150. History retention is normally configurable by number of days and not limited to such a short amount.

The inability to properly search the report leaves the user doing a CTRL+F search in the browser. Please add search for all columns and pagination to handle a much larger dataset.
