"Can't find dependent libraries" error when running EISBotDemo.bat

I followed the guide in the 'getting started' readme file. I get the error below. I have Java 1.6 installed and I can easily run the example java bot using BWAPI. Any help is very much appreciated.

originally, I met with the same problem. finally, I found it is due to the dependent Dll not found. You can add the path to the BWAPI3.72/WINDOW(with gmp-vc90-mt.dll in it) to the PATH
