Issues with circle, ellipse and simply not smoothing: OS X 10.11, OF 9.3, Xcode 7.3

When I build and run the example in OS X 10.11, OF 9.3, Xcode 7.3, I made the change outlined here: https://github.com/bgstaal/ofxShivaVG/issues/5

This is what I see with Shiva Reendered - note the circle and ellipse isn't drawn and not getting smoothness overall.

OF 0.9.8 same here. and no smoothing in shiva renderer too
