CRNN Prediction is Very Slow

@bgshih The prediction made by DecodingWithLexicon is Very Slow is there a way that we can expediate its predictions. I am Using GetForce gtx 1080 in which the cores are not Utilized properly. What Should i do to have parallelism/ increase Core Utilization + Memory Utilization. Thanks in Advance,
