is CPU option available ?

Is there any way to test in CPU ? We have not GPU: but plenty of cpu cores.

We would like to test and use it at CPU

Is it possible? and how?

Allowing for a CPU only option would be convent for the tests that I am currently doing: we are trying to see if our model can be performant on a system without GPUs.
