impossible to run it on ubuntu 16.04?

Hi , is crnn tested on ubuntu 16.04 ? this is not worked on 16.04 . TPHH library doesn't support 16.04 , this tested on 13.04 , 14.04.

I can run all these dependencies on Ubuntu 16.04, but the crnn can not be built correctly.
