iprscan5 not up to date on MTS

¡Hola! I just realised the interproscan5 repo on MTS is not up to date with the xml in https://github.com/bgruening/galaxytools/tree/master/tools/iprscan5, probably because the tool is in the .tt_skip list Would it be possible to update it (manually maybe?)? (By the way, there are three requirements defined, but as they are not in conda, I guess they won't be resolved most of the time? Would it be better to just remove them?)

@abretaud as you prefer. I can remove this if you like. There was work on bioconda to get it in. Not sure how far this has been.
