Probelm in recognition of rDock 0.1.3 in workflow

I am trying to import the Workflow "XChem combined" available online.

In our Galaxy 19.04, the tool rdock_rbdock 0.1.3 is already installed still one error displayed for missing the dependency in installed Galaxy.

Step 5: XChem Docking toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/bgruening/rdock_rbdock/rdock_rbdock/0.1.3 is not installed

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

So the conda environment did not get installed properly? Can you simply remove the tool and install it again?

Uninstallation and reinstall of all the dependency of rDock Not working.

rDock is working fine. I have tested the rDock tool separately.

@vmevada102 can you please check if you really have installed this verison 0.1.3 and from the ToolShed not the TestToolShed?

Yes, I already restarted after reinstallation.

Which version of rdock is shown if you start the tool in the normal analysis view?

It is the same as required.

Can you try to import this workflow on usegalaxy.EU? Do you see the same error?

No, It working on usegalaxy.eu

I am trying to resolve it. when I found a resolution, update information on this post.
