Trim Galore! enhancement: add in 5' adaptor trim or consider alternatives

Trim Galore! is wrapped around cutadapt.

Options include:

• update the Trim Galore! wrapper (preferred)
• or update the older cutadapt wrapper and add as a distinct tool to public servers like Galaxy main http://usegalaxy.org

Updating Trim Galare! would likely involve: adding more of cutadapt's functionality to the existing wrapper. cutadapt permits both 5' & 3' adaptor clipping and other options not included in the Trim Galore! wrapper but that are included in the older cutadapt wrapper.

Updating cutadapt (the stand-alone wrapper) would likely involve: updating to use bioconda cutadapt in the dependencies, updating the wrapper accommodate that new underlying tool version (current version is several years old), and ideally adding in the server-indexed adaptors that both Trim Galore! and Trimmomatic currently utilize. The current wrapper as-is was tested successfully in Galaxy version 17.01.
