Linkage issue with tool_deps

Running the compose stack I get

Failed to activate conda environment! Error was:
/export/tool_deps/_conda/bin/activate: line 3: /tool_deps/_conda/etc/profile.d/conda.sh: No such file or directory

when I try to use Trackster. The best I can figure the runner doesn't have the /tool_deps/ -> /export/tool_deps/ link in its container.

I can't figure out which image is being used as the runner though.
