Needs a "Open Repository" command

It would be convenient to be able to directly open the repository containing the current file. Maybe also the "Issues" page.

"Open Remote URL in Browser" does the first part of this, if I'm understanding you correctly.

I was hoping for one that takes me directly to the repository home page instead of to a particular file.
