As a user, I'd like the ability to delete a test case without using the keyboard

Right now, if I end up with extraneous blank test cases, the only way to delete them is to press escape.

Since this is a mostly mouse-driven web application, I think it would be intuitive to have a delete button next to/overlaid on each test case so they could be easily removed.

I'm happy to submit a PR if this feature would be accepted.
