The tool window doesn't adjust to the scale of the program window

The tool window does not automatically resize when you minimize the program window. In a small window, after reducing the size of the tool window, when maximizing the program window, the tool window remains small and again does not automatically adjust to the size of the window. You have to change the size by your own everytime.

I am not sure I understand. Are you talking about the color wheel ?
