1. Description When used 2 or more displays Informational window "Layer is empty" displayed only on "main" display
2. Environment Windows 10 Build 19043.1288 LazPaint ver 7.1.6.0 RU version
3. Steps to reproduce 3.1 Connect 2 or more monitors 3.2 Create new project 3.3 Move lazpaint on another monitor 3.4 Click on "Move layer"
4. Expected result Inf Message displayed in lazpaint window
5. Actual result Inf Message displayed only on main display and on conter of it.
