Changed All TResolutionUnit properties/vars to use a subset of TCSSUnit; CropAreas use a TPhysicalRect to store coords; Use of PhysicalSizeConvert and PhysicalSizeToPixels for conversions; Added Rulers; Modified ContextMenu Event Name and Added new to Handle Rulers;
