Done on dev branch. Note that the implementation is not very optimized.

Also it doesn't support object coordinates though I am not sure it is widely used. Same thing for clipPath element.

Here is a dev-svg branch for this, as this requires some more work.

I invite you to have a try on dev.

Looks good for me, tested in the dev-svg branch.

I don't have any other SVG like this one.
