Update readme displayed on Docker Hub registry

Since using GitHub actions, autobuild on the Docker Hub registry have been disabled.

The issue is that the readme displayed on the registry landing page is only updated when auto build is on.

Possible solution : re-enable auto build but override commands to do nothing, and the readme will follow updates from master.
