--cpu broken in the Dijkstra sample (Chapter 16)

Is this errata for the book or an issue with the source code?

platform, OpenCL implementation, and any additional information that will
help us reproduce the problem:

The Dijkstra cannot run the CPU-only test as --cpu is parsed to --cpugpu for 
some reason.
