Errata: Wrong description of platform info type (ch.3, pg. 65)

Table 3.1, on page 65, contains a wrong description for the info type 
CL_PLATFORM_EXTENSIONS. The table reads: "OpenCL version string." where it 
shoud actually be: "Comma-seperated list of extensions provided by the 
platform.".

Also, cosmetic issue: table border line above stated type is missing.
