Errata: min() function written as max() in table 5.6 (ch.5, pg.169)

Table 5.6 on page 169 lists the set of max() functions twice, once instead of 
the min() functions. Please see attached file for details.

Also, shouldn't the signed versions of these function accept both arguments as 
signed types?
