horisontal scroll is shaking when try to make full swipe on mobile chrome 79 latest

  • What is the current behavior? it shakes on chrome mobile 79 when scrolling horizontally

  • What is the expected behavior? smooth scrolling

I have no idea why it happened. I disable Hammerjs, all gesturing, all the Material modules... no changes. on desktop chrome, all works fine. Hope it helps for further investigation.
