Can't move settings screen.

If you want to move the settings screen to another part of the screen, drag&move doesn't work. I assume it's because the actual title-bar is hidden.

You can move it by clicking and dragging the blank area at the bottom (next to Reset to Defaults / Save buttons)

@vrpr thanks for this hint. I also had the problem @AndreiGr mentioned. The problem is, nobody thinks of clicking and dragging somewhere else than the title bar (the place where the closing X can be seen). In other words, the application doesn't behave like one would expect and the discoverability of the workaround you mention is very low.
