Tree cut-off and NLV values

I believe, the ‘Tree Cut-Off’ is now incorrectly set to break connections between nodes with (N-1) differences, where N is selected value. So, for example, with the ‘Tree Cut-Off’ value set to 1 all links are deleted, even between the nodes with 1 difference. Also, the nLV is set to create links between nodes with (n+1), which is why it is impossible to set a minimum difference of 1 for nLV (at nLV=0 no 'alternative' links are displayed, while at nLV=1 nodes with 2 differences are linked).
