Move this repo to Neovim org

Based on the emerging pattern of putting clients in the org repo, it seems that it would be fitting to move this library there too once plugin hosting is complete. Although I'm not a fan of having "default" host/client implementations, it would certainly help with visibility.

I think there was a discussion about this in neovim repo, will try to find it. Regarding this package, when it is more complete, I think the main target are Julia users that are developing in vim,(for which neovim becomes more interesting when they can use it to integrate julia and vim), so places to "advertise" might be julia-users and julia-vim
