Allow for custom backgrounds

The current in-game background is quite large and intrusive; allow users to select their own background.

Issue: How to handle the other UI elements such as the preferences button, currently selected port name, and the arrows? Would need user to specify the location/sizes of these elements as well which makes it a little bit more difficult than just "provide replacement texture".
