Improved documentation

Right now the docs on all the bfast-related issues are scattered all across, generating quite a bit of confusion (case in point: https://doi.org/10.1016%2Fj.isprsjprs.2017.06.013 considers bfastMonitor to be renamed bfast, which is not true). We could use the wiki here or such to make an overview of the docs and capabilities of each function.
