[README.md](https://github.com/italia/spid-testenv2/blob/91f5423da692e402ebb170176dfca7a36040e6e9/README.md) references `/add-user`, but there's no such endpoint (it used to there) and the form is at the bottom of the `/user` page. I think it should be brought back...
