Get Google Analytics on all pages

The manual pages generated from pod2html don't have Google Analytics on them. Make it so.

Analytics is on almost all the pages except for:

documentation/ack-1.96-man.html documentation/ack-2.00-man.html documentation/ack-2.02-man.html documentation/ack-2.04-man.html documentation/ack-2.08-man.html documentation/ack-2.12-man.html documentation/ack-2.14-man.html documentation/ack-2.16-man.html documentation/ack-2.18-man.html

It would still be good to know if they're getting traffic.
