It will allow it to install on php 8.x, 9.x etc. but ensure that at least 7.1 is available.

This PR in incomplete: Travis config must be updated as well (7.1 -> 8.0).

Would be nice if the project would switch to girhub actions. Meanwhile I started to enjoy simplicity of Dbeaver for interactive diagrams.
