Bug description

I recently made a pull request to valet (https://github.com/laravel/valet/pull/1531) that solved an issue I was facing with OpenSSL strict validation. This was released in valet version 4.11.0 however doesn't seem to have made it into Herd version 1.23.0. Is there a timeline for when upstream changes to valet are incorporated into Herd?
