Bug description

The primary Herd window can be fully minimized or maximized using the top-right window buttons; however resizing to an arbitrary size by dragging the edges or corners of the window does not appear to be functional.

Conventionally the cursor would change to one of three 'arrow' types when mousing over the edges or corners, and dragging would permit free resizing.

This functionality is supported by the Sites, Dumps, Mail, and Log windows and behaves as expected.

The Logs section of Services is particularly affected by this fixed window size:
