implement DoubleEndedIterator for QueryManyIter

Objective

We currently cannot iterate from the back of QueryManyIter.

Solution

Implement DoubleEndedIterator for QueryManyIter and add a fetch_next_back method. These impls are bounded on the underlying entity_iter implementing DoubleEndedIterator.
