Tables may need additional padding

Compare the way the code block interacts with other elements vs. the table. The content below the table here: Seems awkwardly close to the table.

I am not sure if tables should have padding: 10px similar to .media-content pre, or unequal padding/margins similar to p. We should look at our usages of tables alongside paragraphs and code blocks and make sure whatever we do doesn't result in awkwardly large gaps.
