What am I doing wrong?

This is not working at all for me. I ran the 'simplest usage' script from your readme, and I get no watch events. Script output is:

watch successful on c:\dev\code\optimization-designer\od-dmp\server-tests

I edited files in that folder, created files in that folder, and nothing further is written to the console.

Node: v0.12.7 32-bit OS: Windows 10 64-bit

I also tried Node 6.9.2 32-bit and 7.4.0 64-bit, with the same result.
