Create a website for this
...but will move to a listing that is sorted by their live github stars once we get a website up.
Recently I created a Web Components Gallery called customelements.io (source code) which is a fork from the old-gruntjs-site. I recommend using it for rapid prototyping.
:octocat: Sent from GH.
That's really cool.
Nice @zenorocha.
So lets list out the benefits/constraints we want to convey and illustrate in the website. The readme is a good start. I sometimes sell node/docpad with a angle that the speed/efficiency at scale can be at times 8 times faster and therefore 8 times cheaper, less server hardware (electricity) used therefore it's a cheaper and green option to a traditional PHP architecture. So basically, it's cheaper, faster and green. (Why's it faster? It's newer tech compared to PHP, simple answer back to a non-techie. Nothing loads in a browser faster than a plain html file.). These are simple enough and desired concepts for he audience we're targeting (which is mostly non-techies right?). Benchmarks and benchmarks to scale would be nice to illustrate on the site to plainly visual he cheaper, faster, green keywords.
pardon this could have been authored much better. I'm recovering from a cold and my mind is out of it and I'm on my phone.
@mikeumus
I just tried to insert your text and rewrite it a little bit as draft klml/gostatic#faster (pullrequest)
@klml, cool. Yeah I was in the moment when I wrote that and so thank you for the iteration. I see a few changes I'd iterate further upon but I think it's a important feature to boast.
