Windows Startup method

You might want to add this somewhere:

I'm on Windows 10 Pro. I recalled this from mylar setup instructions. You can use the nssm.exe method, but I am okay with just using Windows startup folder.

Rename c:/ComicStreamer/comicstreamer to comicstreamer.pyw

Drag a shortcut of it to your Windows start up folder. Seems work fine!
