SUGGESTION: add reading direction for comics in database

It can be infered from comicRack's 'Manga' field as 'Yes (Right to Left)', and would be easy to add to CBI too. This is very useful info when reading Mangas and Comics. Chunky comics reader can already interpret it BTW :)
