Inserting headings h2, h3

The button Tt is labeled with "Heading <h1>, <h2>, ... Ctrl+D". It inserts however an <h1> only.

I suggest an option to choose which heading buttons should be shown e.g. h1 and h2.

I believe if you press it again, it converts to an h2, or is that not right?
