ngRepeat:dupes error, with source or destaination items being replaced with null

Hi, I get very strange errors, like ngRepeat:dupes, with items from the source or destination containters being replaced with null

the template is like this:

in the gray table on the left, there are empty rows - those resulted after interacting with the items (drag/drop). In the image I emphasized "null,null,null" that also resulted after the interaction

I have also noticed glitches and ghost elements in a simple list of 3 elements and complex lists of ~100 elements. After 1/2 minutes of moving the elements around nulls get inserted or elements drop in wrong positions (move 4th to the top, appears below the 10th element, etc.).
