Failed to get the default chunk generator

I get the following errors when using the latest dev build (#34) when trying to enable the mushroom biome and/or trying to use the ocean=PLAINS.

I finally got a world to generate using.. /mvc sky normal -g SkylandsPlus:offset=48,largefeature,village,swampland

However no ores at all spawned except for coal. Is this normal?

Ive spawned about 5 or 6 different worlds and still cant get any diamonds to spawn. I had to revert to an xray mod to make sure but I explored a few hundred chunks and zero diamonds
